Moringa and Healing Herbs Order, Shipping, and Company Policies

Note: The product I have been selling is exceptional but not Certified Organic. I have gotten many requests for organic certified Moringa product. I made a decision to change to a different company that did sell organic certified to meet the requests of customers.

I thought I had found a good company to deal with and sent them money. After not receiving my product, I went through investigations in Europe. It seems this big, well known company was using another companies organic certification number as their own. They had been getting away with this misrepresentation for quite awhile.

They will no longer be doing business after I get done with them. Most of the companies who say they are organic certifed will not show you their paperwork. What I learned is that you must not accept that organic paperwork until you have checked it out to make sure it is legal.

I have found two companies in India that state they are organic certified. I am in the process of checking their organic certificates to make sure they are legitimate. When I have done this, I will again have product to ship. There is a lot of powder out there that is questionable. The company whose products were sold on this site does have very good product but not organic certified. I had investigated their company before buying. Until I can find proven organic certified products, I will continue to sell those products here.

The label Organic Certified means nothing unless it can be proven. They can talk all they want but have them show you the paperwork. Then you must then check that paperwork with the governing body in Europe to see if they are honest. I now know how this all works. It is very daunting to investigate companies in Europe and India. They have very strict regulations there for Certifed Organic but it is finding out how to go through their governmental process.

When you buy products on the net, you may be buying great products or misrepresented products. It is up to the integrity of the company who sells the products to do this investigation. Some of these websites sell the products from a hundred different companies. I doubt that they have checked out these companies. It takes time to just investigate several. This is especially true in herb products. You have my promise than anything sold here has been investigated to the full extend to its quality.

When I get done, the product sold here will be Organic Certified and investigated by me to the full extent. It has cost me a month of business but will be well worth it. I can tell you that I personally have investigated the product and know it to be of the highest quality.

If you are not in the USA, please write me for quotes on shipping. We cannot guarantee orders because of customs. They can hold the product for days or weeks. They do not necessarily return the order to us.

Ordering: When will my package get sent out?

Processing and shipment of orders will be undertaken in the order received and can take anywhere from one to several days, depending on current volume. If you order late on Friday or on the weekend, it will not get sent off until Monday. Most of the post offices here is CA are not open on Sat period or only open a half day.

If you need something expedited, please add special instructions when you place your order and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests.

Payment Methods

Select method of payment during checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovercard, checks (U.S. and Canada only), money orders and PayPal payments. We do not accept International orders online. It depends on the country involved. Contact us for information and quotes.

If mailing your check or money order, please be sure to include your invoice number to ensure proper credit. Products will not be shipped until check clears bank.

Shipping Methods: How will my package get sent out?

Seeds are shipped by United States Postal Service First Class Mail Free Of Charge.

Seeds shipped by Priority Mail are $5.00 Extra. If you wish your seeds sent by Priority Mail, please call us.

Moringa Capsules, Bulk Powder, and Tea are sent by United Postal Service Priority Flat Rate Mail that should reach your home is 2 to 4 days.

If it is an apartment we require a signature.

We also insure the package as well.

When ordering bottles or tea boxes, it requires a medium flat rate box which costs $10.70 to ship.

Only the half pound package or two -half pound packages of the Moringa bulk powder will fit into the small priority flate rate box which costs $4.95. Insurance is $1.50 to $2.50. Signature required costs is over a buck. In apartments there is a high rate of theft so we need to protect you the consumer and our self as well. We insure packages because in today's world, they do not always reach their intended destination.

Warranties and Returns:

Moringa Seeds:

Moringa and Healing Herbs(the seller) warrants seed to be of the variety and quantity advertised. For domestic U.S. shipments, safe delivery is guaranteed and seeds lost or damaged during shipment will be replaced at seller's expense. Claims must be made within 30 days of shipment. All other replacements, refunds, returns and exchanges will be made at the sole discretion of the seller.

Seed is a live product which depends on many important related grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, irrigation, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease free soil, and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of the seller's control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk.

Consequentally, the seller cannot unconditionally guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes.

Moringa Capsules and Bulk Moringa Leaf Powder:

All product items must be returned within 30 days unopened and sealed.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of unopened product.

Copy of original purchase must be included.

Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will placed on backorder and shipped as soon as the item becomes available. If paying by credit card, you will not be charged for items until they are ready for shipment. We try to keep the website updated daily and items that are out of stock will be noted as such.
